This privacy policy is in addition to the ACEMAPP privacy policy linked here. By using the ACEMAPP mobile app, you agree to the following:
1. Information We Collect in the App
We may collect the following categories of information when you use the App:
- Account and authentication data (e.g., email address, password, and authentication tokens) to sign you in and secure your session.
- User-provided content such as documents, licenses/certifications, photos, and signatures you upload or create in the App.
- Device data such as device model and operating system version to support compatibility, layout, diagnostics, and security. We do not collect advertising identifiers.
- WebView data when the App renders ACEMAPP content in a WebView, including data you submit through those forms.
- Analytics/usage: The mobile app does not collect analytics or usage data.
2. How We Use App Information
We use App information to:
- Provide access to ACEMAPP services (e.g., login, profile management, requirements tracking).
- Enable document uploads, form submissions, and signature capture.
- Maintain App security and session integrity.
- Improve App stability and user experience.
3. How We Share App Information
We may share App information:
- With clinical sites, schools, or authorized entities as part of ACEMAPP services and compliance workflows.
- As required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Device Permissions
The App may request access to:
- Camera to capture document or profile photos.
- Photo library to select existing images for upload.
You can manage permissions in your device settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain App information as needed to provide services and meet legal or contractual obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion as described in the main Privacy Policy.
6. WebView Submissions
Data you enter in WebViews (e.g., requirements or course forms) is sent to ACEMAPP servers to deliver the requested service; it is not collected for separate analytics.
