Managing your members in ACEMAPP has become easier than ever with the newly streamlined dashboard. Instead of having separate categories for each type of member (such as students, faculty, observers, volunteers, and staff), you now have a single "Members" button that consolidates all member types under one menu.
With this new system, the Members button gives you the flexibility to view your members by Affiliation, Rotation, or Course. Once you click on your preferred option, you will be taken directly to the relevant table view, making navigation easier and more efficient.
To get started, simply click on the Members icon on your dashboard.
The system will display a table with members organized by either Affiliation, Rotation, or Course. You can choose which table view you’d like to explore based on your needs.
For instance, if you would like to view students by rotation, simply navigate to the Rotation heading and then select the Student icon. This action will open a detailed table with all students grouped by rotation.
This updated feature significantly reduces menu clutter and enhances user experience, providing a more intuitive way to manage your members and access important information quickly.
