Welcome to Henry Ford Hospital. As you work through the Clinical Student Orientation process, please keep following key points in mind.

• Completing the requirements outlined here in a timely manner will help us ensure your badges are ready and you are granted appropriate access to software and other necessary equipment in time for your clinicals.
• All employees of the Henry Ford Health System, including cohorts and precepted clinical groups and instructors, will receive a dual access for EPIC.
• All students are required to wear a photo ID badge.

Wellness checks are required and conducted through the [COVID Health Screen App] COVID Health Screen App

In addition to the above, please go to the Requirements tab to review a list of vaccine and educational requirements needed to complete your orientation. You must filter by Member Type: Student and Program: RN
