Shadowing is a structured, planned observation of care and services provided to patients, families, and others in a healthcare setting. This includes nursing and allied health.
To complete your shadowing application, please follow these instructions: Select your application from all Available Applications. Click the blue information icon next to the appropriate application to begin to complete all required information. NGHS will review the application and approve it if it can be accommodated. Once approved, a rotation will be created and you may begin to complete your onboarding items.
Complete the appropriate application if you are requesting an Observer placement at a Northeast Georgia Health System Facility.
