Welcome to UVA Community Health Student Programs

UVA Community Health is currently accepting student rotation requests.

The Community Health UVA Partnership was convened to bring together UVA Health leaders offering programs and services in the surrounding communities outside of standard healthcare delivery. UVA Community Health is a network of outpatient services across Northern Virginia and Culpeper, with UVA Culpeper Medical Center, UVA Haymarket Medical Center, UVA Prince William Medical Center, UVA Community Health Medical Groups.

Student Opportunities

UVA Community Health offers the following educational opportunities for students attending programs with our academic partners.

• Clinical rotations for medical students, advanced practice, and other graduate students.
• Clinical rotations for nursing students.
• Clinical rotations for allied health students.
• Clinical observations for short-term experiences upon approval by a UVACH preceptor.
• Nonclinical rotations for healthcare administrators, health information management, and other undergraduate and graduate students.

To begin the student process, please have your school contact ACEMAPP through customer support; they will be happy to assist you in becoming an ACEMAPP subscriber. You may also contact ACEMAPP support at 844-223-4292 or support@acemapp.org, and they will be happy to assist you. If your school is already affiliated with ACEMAPP, please request a student rotation request directly from your school. You may contact us at studentprograms@uvahealth.org for additional questions.
