Your ACEMAPP transcript is a great way to review and export the personal information that you store in ACEMAPP. Your ACEMAPP transcript includes your general profile information, requirements & assessments history, your rotation history, and more.

Complete your Career Profile

How do you complete your career profile? Your career profile allows you to be matched with ACEMAPP careers. Make your profile visible when you are ready to start searching for a career.

Create A Password

ACEMAPP follows industry standards for password security and utilizes a password strength meter, which requires passwords to be at a minimum strength of 2 (out of 4). The system will dynamically show you the password score as you type and will provide feedback.

Assigning members to rotations is an important step toward creating rotations and allowing members to access their required documents and learning materials.

Updating School Requirements for Members

As a school coordinator, you can record dates for a member's immunization records and other required documentation to update their compliance in ACEMAPP on their behalf. On the requirements page, you may enter the completion and expiration dates for the member's requirements, as necessary.

Manage Requirements with Documents

ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To approve or deny requirements with documents, follow the steps outlined in this article.

Time Logs keep track of your time spent with preceptors. If you choose, you can connect your time logs to the specific skills that were observed, assisted with, or performed during your time with your preceptor.
