Scheduling Rotations

Scheduling your rotations is a process that is unique to each school and site—the general steps outlined below with their respective links.

The Process of Scheduling a Rotation

  1. Upload your ACEMAPP Rotations (Singleor Bulk) OR Replicate your ACEMAPP Rotations from previous rotations.
  2. Clinical Partner must approve rotation. Check the status of your rotation (Pending, Approved, Denied, etc.)
  3. Assign students and faculty to the rotation roster Assigning Members to Rotation

Single Rotation or Bulk Add Rotations

To Schedule your rotations, determine if you are uploading a single rotation or multiple (bulk) rotations. Follow the directions in the linked articles below.

How are my Rotations organized?

Rotations are organized by their status. Each status is explained below:

Approved:
You or someone at your site has approved the rotation, it is scheduled to occur.
Archived:
Rotation’s end date has passed by at least one year.
Bulk:
Rotations that are stored and waiting to be released by your ACEMAPP coordinator on a specific date.
Completed:
Rotation was approved and its end date has passed.
Denied:
Your site has denied the rotation.
Deleted:
Rotations that were approved but not needed.
Pending:
Waiting for a decision by you or someone at your site.
Withdrawn:
Rotations that the school has decided not to use after it was approved.

How do I know if my Students are Compliant for their Rotations?

The Rotation Preparedness Report allows you to select a program and see a list of each of your Approved and Pending rotations. The list shows you students or faculty that have missing requirements, and whether or not the roster has been sent.
