You may create multiple rotations at one time when they share the same Clinical Partner, Experience Type, and Program.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click "Rotations" to see your rotation table.

Step 2:

Click the "Create" button and select "Create Multiple" from the drop-down.

Arrows point to the highlighted "Create" drop-down and "Create Multiple" buttons.

Step 3:

Select the Partner, Experience Type, and Program for your rotations, then click "Submit (Single Row)"

NOTE: If the Partner entity is not configured to create a rotation for that specific program, you will not be able to complete your request. Please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.

Step 4:

Complete all required fields.

If you have additional rotations with the same Clinical Partner, Program, and Experience type, use the " Add Row" button to add another rotation to the list.

Select Pending or Bulk status. Pending goes directly to the Clinical Site to review, and Bulk does not allow the Clinical Site to view. If the Clinical Partner follows a Consortium Schedule, please consult the schedule for that region on how to select the status. If the status is not an option, your rotation will be created in Bulk status.

Click "Submit" once you have filled out all required fields to submit your request(s).

Step 6:

You can update the status of your rotations if you are not following a Consortium Schedule time range required to be in Bulk:

  • Click the "Rotations" tab.
  • Locate the rotation in the table you want to set to change the status, and click the "Edit" pencil icon under the Actions column next to that rotation.
  • Find the " Status" (towards the bottom on the left side of the Rotation Edit), select the new status, and click "Save."
