Manage Requirements with Dates (no documents)

If your school or clinical site does not require Students or Faculty to upload documents, you can enter in completion dates for the requirements.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click on "Members" and then select the member type in the "Affiliations" column.

Step 2:

Locate the member in your list and click the "Requirement" (book) icon in the Actions column.

Step 3:

Locate the correct requirement name and enter the completion date and expiration date (if applicable).

NOTE: The completion date is the date of the service is completed.

Step 4:

Prior to saving, enter any notes associated with this requirement.

Once you have made all your changes, you can click the "Save" button.

Vendor Lock
The Vendor Lock feature places a lock on a particular requirement that is updated through vendor integration. Enabling this feature will allow a manual override on a requirement that is normally updated through the integration with a partner vendor.
Expiring Indicators
Expiring Indicators School users now have the option to see an orange "expiring" indicator when students are 30 days or less from a requirement expiring. This way, school coordinators are able to monitor member standings.
Rotation Member Report
The Rotation Member Report is a way to view your members by rotation, along with information on the rotation.
Expiring Member Report
The Expiring Member Report shows members (by member type) which have an expiring requirement within an indicated, upcoming number of days.
