Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)

This table lets you quickly view approved rotations starting within the next three weeks from your homepage and check if the roster has been sent. The table also shows if members are assigned to the rotation and if they have met compliance. You can also quickly access the rotation information from this table by clicking on the Edit button.

On your home screen, underneath the navigation bar, the Approved Rotations Within 3 Weeks table will show the following fields for the Entity:

  • ID: The ACEMAPP Rotation ID Number
  • Partners: Any other Entities included on the rotation in addition to your Entity
  • Start Date: When the rotation will begin
  • Assigned Members: The number of Students, Faculty, Preceptors, etc., assigned to the rotation
    • Note: Clicking on the number box will create a pop-up showing the members assigned to the rotation. You can click on the member type in the pop-up to go to the Member by Rotation table.
  • Unit: The Unit for the rotation (if applicable)
  • Roster Sent Shows a Red "X" if the roster has not been sent or Green Check if the roster has been sent

Why has the roster not been sent?

The roster sends once all members (Students, Faculty, Preceptors, etc.) assigned to the rotation are compliant. If the roster has not been sent, ensure all members have been assigned to the rotation and have completed all of their compliance items.

Profile Completion Report
After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, you will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.
