Requirement Report

The Requirement Report helps by showing you the current status of a member(s) requirements.

NOTE: To view a historical record of a member's requirements, please use the Profile Completion Report.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click on "Reporting" to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

On the Report Dashboard, click on the "Requirement Reports" tile.

Regardless of how your organization's set up, you can "View by Rotation", "View by Affiliation", or "View by Course (if Course Feature is enabled)".


View by Rotation

Step 1:

  • Select one or more user types.

  • Select a requirement.

  • Select what you would like to see, Complete or Incomplete.

Step 2 (Optional):

Enter either a Completion After or Completion Before date to narrow down your results.

See below for Optional Filters.

Step 3:

Click "Run Report".

NOTE: By default, only active rotations are shown. To include completed and/or archived rotations select the additional status options.

Optional Filters:

Specific Rotation:
Enter a Rotation number.
Filter by Program:
Select the Program.
Filter by Experience:
Select the Experience.
Filter by Unit:
Select the Unit.
Filter by Course:
Select the Course.

NOTE: When filtering by Specific Rotation and having selected Completed and Archived rotations, you are then directed to the Profile Completion report for you to view historical data for that specific rotation.


View by Affiliation
(direct affiliation)

Step 1:

  • Select one or more user types.

  • Select a requirement.

  • Select what you would like to see, Complete or Incomplete.

Step 2 (Optional):

Click "Run Report".


View by Course

Step 1:

  • Select one or more user types.

  • Select a requirement.

  • Select what you would like to see, Complete or Incomplete.

Profile Completion Report
When a rotation roster is finalized by the school, you will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP after the initial report is sent.
