The Invitations System

Invitations are used to create member accounts or connect pre-existing member accounts to your organization.

How to send an Invitation

Step 1:

From your ACEMAPP home screen, click on "Members" and select the appropriate member type from the drop-down menu.

Step 2:

Click on "Create" and select "Invitations" from the drop-down.

Step 3:

Click "Create new invitation".

Enter the required information (indicated by orange mark next to the field) and click "Save".

  • If you are inviting a member who already has an ACEMAPP account, be sure to use the email address associated with the existing account to avoid creating an additional account.
  • Invitation links are only valid for 7 days. When you send an invitation, the link expires after 7 days.
  • Invitations can be resent every 3 days.

The member is sent an email that looks like this:

After they click on the link they are directed to log in or prompted to Sign Up!

Approve a Pending Affiliation

Step 1:

When you log into your account, notifications appear on your main home screen, indicating you have an affiliation to approve. Click on the orange tab notification.

Step 2:

Click on the "Edit" (pencil) next to the member name.

Step 3:

Click on "Status" and then choose "Active" to accept the student, or "Deleted" to deny the student affiliation.

Then click "Save".

Re-sending Invitations

Step 1:

Under manage Clinical Faculty or Students, click on "Create" and then "Invitations".

Step 2:

Click on the "Edit" (pencil) again to update the information inside the invitation.

Step 3:

Click "Save" and the invitation is re-sent.
