Approving Affiliations with Schools or Clinical Sites
Member Types:
As an ACEMAPP member, your affiliations represent who you work with the system and which organizations can access your information. When a school or clinical site requests an affiliation, you will be notified via email and see the "You Have a Pending Affiliation Request(s)" notification upon logging into ACEMAPP.
Partner Partner Directory Feature
Member Types:
As a Health System or School System admin in ACEMAPP, this optional feature allows you to be able to request partnerships for entities that fall under your direct umbrella with partners they need to be partnered with.
Waiver Requirements

Using ACEMAPP's Requirement system allows the tracking of requirements in one easy location.  Within this system is the Waiver system. This system allows you to waive certain requirements your organization may have.

The Partner Chart provides in graph view of all direct entity connections to your system.
Directory Entities Document Upload
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to that entity. Once you add a Directory Entity and connect a Member to the Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to the member and entity connection.

Managing References

The reference system in ACEMAPP allows Faculty or Preceptors to give professional references regarding the just-completed Rotation or Course.
