Personal Schedule Report - Faculty

To see students personal schedules that are entered in ACEMAPP.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click the "Rotations" tab to open the Rotations table.

Step 2:

Above the Rotations table, click the "Personal Schedule Report" to open the report options.

Step 3:

Fill in any filters (optional) to narrow your results.

When done, click "Submit".

NOTE: You can view the information as a Calendar or as a List. Select the view, prior to clicking "Submit". To change the view after, you will need to re-enter all filters again before changing the view.

List View

When in List View, a date range is required.

While in List View you can also download a CSV version of the report by clicking "Generate CSV" and then "Download".

A rotation is a scheduled clinical experience.

ACEMAPP Reporting

ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
