View Rotations - Entity

As a coordinator, you can view all rotations associated with your organization and the program(s) which you are associated with.

NOTE: You can only view rotations with programs you have a direct connection with ACEMAPP. If you are missing a Program affiliation, please contact ACEMAPP support.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click the "View Rotations" tab to open the Rotations table.

Here is a list of all rotations for your organization. You can use the various buttons to filter your results. There are two levels of filtering available. The first row will let you select the rotation type and apply that filter. The next row will allow you to select the status of the rotation type you selected is in.

NOTE: Rotation types will vary based on your organization.

Rotations Types

Cohort Rotation:
A rotation that will accommodate a group of students learning under a clinical instructor/faculty.
Precepted Rotation:
A rotation where students will be working with a preceptor.
Personal:
Students enter their schedules for their clinical experience.
Course Assignment:
Course Assignment Rotations are used for assigning members to things such as Case Logs, Time Logs, and Faculty Student Management.
Requested:
Requested Rotations, if allowed at your location, allows the student to search and create rotations with any preceptors or location utilizing this feature.

Rotations Nav-bar Actions

Config allows you the ability to customize what is displayed on your View Rotations table. Review the Configure Rotation Tables for more information on this process.

Create New guides you through the process of creating a new rotation. Review the Create Single Rotation for more information on this process.

Query takes you to the Rotation Query screen, located in Reports. Here you can create custom queries and save them for later use.

Calendar This also takes you to the Rotation Query screen, however, it provides a preloaded view of Pending and Approved rotations in a calendar format.

Add Rotations is for Bulk Upload of Rotations.

NOTE: When adding rotations through Add Bulk Rotations, the rotation(s) are placed in bulk status and will be set to active based on your regions' agreed submission schedule. If you do not have a set schedule, contact ACEMAPP support at support@acemapp.org or 844-223-4292.

Replicate Selected allows you to replicate a rotation by selecting one in the table and clicking the Replicate Selected button. Note: Also, when adding rotations through Replicate, the rotation(s) are placed in bulk status, and will be set to active based on your region's agreed submission schedule. If you do not have a set schedule, contact ACEMAPP support at support@acemapp.org or 844-223-4292. Please review the Replicate Rotations guide for additional information.

Export Selected exports any rotations you have selected in the table to a CSV file. Mass Export Clicking this will take you to the Rotations Export screen. Please review the Rotation - Export Data (Selected Rotations) guide for additional information.

Bulk Decide (Healthcare Locations Only) will open up a table that shows any Pending rotations. Please review the Reviewing Rotation Requests - Bulk guide for additional information.

Attach Evaluation (Optional) attaches a custom evaluation to the rotation. This is an optional feature item, please contact ACEMAPP support for more info. Please review the Evaluation - Attaching to Rotation guide for additional information.

Announcements (Optional). Rotation Announcements allow you to create or edit announcements that are shared between clinical and school; based on set conditions. This is an optional feature item, please contact ACEMAPP support for more info. Please review the Announcement - Rotations guide for additional information.

The Replicate Rotations tool allows you to copy & paste any rotations you’ve created in the past within the ACEMAPP program. While copying, you’ll have the opportunity to change details of the rotation as well as add new rotations.
