Overview of Partnership Directory

The partnership directory is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships in ACEMAPP. This help desk guide provides an overview of the partnership directory and its features.
Directory: Manage Members
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage accounts specific to your organization. This includes adding programs, sharing across multiple facilities or schools, managing schedules, providing preceptor details, and license information. This also provides your students and faculty to view this directory list.
Overview of Member Affiliated Table
Member Types:
The overview of your member's affiliated table is meant to help you get familiar with the layout and show you what you can do from the affiliations table. Please see the other help desk guides link for more detail on various functions.
Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance. Students will not show compliance if they upload or have completion dates entered within multiple groups for a tiered requirement.
Managing Member Requirement Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. If needed, you have the option to upload documents on behalf of students or faculty. To approve or deny requirements with documents, please follow the steps below.

Partnerships: Document Manager
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows you to house affiliation agreements and other documents that may pertain to your partnerships, such as liability insurance records and policy documents.
Directory Member Document Upload
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage Member's specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Member, you are able to upload documents specific to that member.
Member Requirement Document Log
Member Types:
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.
Partnership Directory: Contact Coordinators
Member Types:
The partnership directory "Contacts" page displays contact information for coordinators with other organizations.
Historical Requirement Documents
Member Types:
Your previously uploaded requirement documents are saved on our file server allow you to have access to them at any time.
Accessing Clinical Site Requirement Documents
Member Types:
View documents that members download, complete, and upload for clinical site requirements.
Directory Entities Document Upload
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to that entity. Once you add a Directory Entity and connect a Member to the Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to the member and entity connection.

Evaluation Committee Member
Member Types:
Evaluation committee members review and approve completed evaluations.
Evaluation Member List
Member Types:
Use the evaluation member list to view member evaluations and their status. Evaluations can be reset and deleted from the member list.
Community Rotations Member Report
Member Types:
Download a list of members grouped by their individual rotations. Filter by date, program, unit, or course.
Rotation Member Report
Member Types:
The Rotation Member Report is a way to view your members by rotation, along with information on the rotation.
Rotation Member Compliance Report
Member Types:
The Rotation Member Compliance report shows all non-compliant members by rotation, along with a list of their incomplete requirements.
Create New Member Account
Member Types:
Create new member accounts for Students, Clinical Faculty, Preceptors, and Observers using the "Add One" feature.
Expiring Member Report
Member Types:
The Expiring Member Report shows members (by member type) which have an expiring requirement within an indicated, upcoming number of days.
Partnerships Requests
Member Types:
The partnership directory is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships in ACEMAPP. Use the partnership directory to request new partnerships and manage partnership documents. Schools must have an active partnership with the clinical site to request a rotation.
Faculty Document Manager
Member Types:
The Faculty Document Manager is a feature that (when enabled by the school) allows faculty to manage student requirement documents associated with any rotation they are assigned to.
