Understanding your Dashboard

The Dashboard connects you to other aspects of ACEMAPP and provides a central hub to connect to your member accounts

Navigate to your Student Dashboard

To navigate to your Student Dashboard, click on the "Dashboard" link in the "breadcrumb" trail or select "Central Dashboard" from the Dashboard View drop-down.

Navigate to your Student Home Page

On the Central Dashboard, click "Student" or "View Student Home" in the Student tile to go to your Student Home page.

NOTE: The icons on the buttons indicate if a required section is complete.

Update Your Profile and Set a Default Dashboard Page

You can access your Profile from your Dashboard and set a Default Dashboard Page. The Default Dashboard Page is the first page you will access when you log in to ACEMAPP.

To navigate to your Profile, click the "gear" icon in the Dashboard View tile.

In your Profile, you can click on any tab to make updates.

To update your Default Dashboard, click on the "Default Home Page" tab in the Navigation box, select the "Default Dashboard" option wanted, and click "Save".

Update Your ePortfolio

In the Profile tile, click the "Edit my ePortfolio" icon to open ePortfolio. For more information, please refer to the Your ACEMAPP ePortfolio Help Desk Article.

My Affiliations

You can see all your affiliations by clicking the "My Affiliations" button in the My Affiliations tile.

If you have a notification for a Pending Affiliation Request, refer to the Approving Affiliations with Schools or Clinical Sites Help Desk Guide.

Inbox

Click the "My Inbox" to open your ACEMAPP mail inbox. All ACEMAPP-generated messages (support notifications, rotation notifications, requirement notifications, etc.) are saved within your ACEMAPP inbox.

Applications

Some organizations utilize ACEMAPP's application system. This system requires you to complete an application to start the clinical rotation process.

NOTE: Your coordinator will inform you if this is the case.

Click "View Applications" to open the My Application Entries table.

Support

Click the "Request Support" button to contact our ACEMAPP Support Team.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base tile provides articles that may assist you with common ACEMAPP questions.

Click "View Knowledge Base" to search for further resources in the Help Desk.
