Replicate Rotations

The Replicate Rotations tool allows you to copy and paste any rotations you’ve created in the past within the ACEMAPP program. While copying, you’ll have the opportunity to change details of the rotation to better suit your current needs. This will allow you to save time and energy from year-to-year when creating your new rotations.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click "View Rotations".

Step 2:

In the list of rotations, click the checkbox on the left side of the screen next to rotations you’d like to replicate. Rotations that have previously been requested and approved by the school user in the past are most likely to be able to be replicated.

Save time by using the search and filter functions to sort by the term, rotation ID number, and more.

Step 3:

When you’ve selected the rotations you’d like to replicate, click "Replicate Selected" at the top of the page.

Rotations are separated by partnership, program, and experience type.

TIP: If you’ve selected too many rotations and wish to complete the rest later, or accidentally selected one you do not wish to replicate, un-check the checkbox on the left side of the screen. Allowing you to skip the rotation so that when you click "Submit" and complete the form.

To add another rotation at the same site and the same program, click on the "Add New Rotation" button at the bottom of the table, adding another row to fill out before submitting it.

Added Rotations do not carry over the previous Rotation ID.

When satisfied, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: Rotation information takes time to populate onto the Rotation Table. Rotation data will populate within 24 hrs on the Rotation table for new submissions. To view details of the rotation please use the "Edit" icon to view the request form in full.

Or click "Back to Rotations" to redo the rotation selection.

NOTE: Rotations that could not be submitted will also have a warning button on the left side of the screen. Click on this button to learn what the specific issue was. At this point, you may correct the rotations and submit them again.

Which rotations can be requested for replication?

The general rule is that if you (school parter) requested a rotation and it was approved by the corresponding clinical site, it will be able to be replicated.

NOTE: Student or Observer requested rotations cannot be replicated.

Why would I add a NEW Rotation when I am approving existing rotations?

Let's say you know you have 5 additional nursing students in this cohort compared to last. We want to keep this simple. Just make the new request at the same time as your a replicating the old requests.

Where do my rotations go after I have replicated them?

New rotations will be in your "Bulk" tab, where you may review them and make any necessary changes.

NOTE: New Bulk Rotations are NOT visible to clinical sites until they are moved into "Pending". Please contact ACEMAPP support at 844-223-4292 or to have your rotations moved from "Bulk" to "Pending".

NOTE: If you are part of a consortium, your rotations will move to pending according to your Bulk Submission Schedule.
