On-Boarding Progress report

The On-Boarding Progress report allows you to view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) who have missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.

Step 1:

Click "Reporting" from your home screen to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

Click on the "On-Boarding Progress" report tile on the reporting dashboard.

Step 3:

  1. In the On-Boarding Progress report, select one or more User Type(s) (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.).
  2. Select the Program for which you want to view rotations.

Step 4:

The Optional Filters menu allows you to narrow down the results. These filters include:

  • Rotation ID (filter by specific rotation)
  • Experience (the Rotation Experience Type)
  • Unit
  • Partner
  • Start Date / End Date of Rotation
  • Rotation Status
  • Roster Status
  • Show Mid-Rotation Expiration Dates toggle (Optional): If you want to see whether a requirement will expire during a rotation, set the Show Mid-Rotation Expiration Dates toggle to "Yes".

Step 5:

Click "Submit" to run and view the results.

Reviewing Results

The report will generate a separate table below the filter window for each rotation. Each panel will display the Start Date, the Rotation ID Number, the Partnering Organization, and whether the roster has been sent.

The border above each panel is also color-coded:

  • Dark Blue:
    The members for the rotation are in full compliance, and the roster has been sent.
  • Red: (Will also state "Students - Needs Attention"):
    At least one member on the rotation is not in compliance. The roster for the rotation has not been sent.
  • Red: (Will also state"Students - Needs Attention - Check Expiring):
    At least one member on the rotation will expire during the rotation. - NOTE: The Mid-Rotation Expiring Dates toggle must be set to "Yes" before running the report.

To View:

Expand the results by clicking on the "View Members" drop-down button to view the rotation details. View Members button example From the results generated, the following actions may be performed:

  • Generate CSV:
    Download a file of all members assigned to the rotation.
  • Export Selected to CSV:
    Select and download a file of individual members assigned to the rotation. To select the members to Export, check the checkbox left of their name.
  • Email Selected:
    Select and email members directly from the report. To select the members to Email, check the checkbox left of their name.

To view the details of the rotation, click the "View Member" drop-down arrow to expand the table. View Members button example

Mid-Rotation Expiring Date

NOTE: To see members that will expire while on a rotation, the Show Mid-Rotation Expiration Dates toggle must be set to "Yes" before running the report.

The image below shows that the rotation is flagged with a Check Expiring indicator. To view the details of the rotation, click the "View Members" drop-down arrow to expand the table.

The report will also display whether the roster has been sent, the member's compliance status, the item(s) that will expire during the rotation, and when the item(s) will expire.

Complete Student Status

In the Image below, we can see that the roster has been sent, and the members are compliant (indicated by the blue bar above the panel). Click the "View Members" drop-down arrow to expand the menu and see additional details.
