If you have any questions, concerns, or general feedback about ACEMAPP, we are happy to provide support via email at You may also contact us by phone at 844-223-4292 Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Creating a Support Ticket

While logged in, click on your name in the upper-right corner from any page and select "Support" from the Personal drop-down menu.

To create a new support request, click "Submit New Ticket".

Enter the subject line and a message. Within the message, describe your question or concern to the best of your ability. Once satisfied, click "Submit".

One of our ACEMAPP Customer Support Representatives will review your ticket and respond as quickly as possible.

Checking the Ticket's Status

To check the status of your ticket, simply click on "Support". This tab will be orange if your ticket is still open and is waiting for a response from an ACEMAPP Customer Support Representative.
