The Rotation Roster Set email includes a link to download the Profile Completion Report. You can also access the rosters that have been sent from the Rotation table or your "Approved Rotations Within 3 Weeks" table on your home page

Profile Completion Report Email

To download the report, click the "Profile Completion Report" link within your email.

Access Roster from Rotation Table

Step 1:

Click the "Rotations" tab in your navigation bar.

Step 2:

On your Rotations Table under the Actions column, click on the "Profile Completion Report [C]" (paper with X icon) button.

Step 3:

Click the "Download PC Report (Excel)" button to generate and download the report.

NOTE: ACEMAPP will provide a Member History table on this page to display any changes to the rotation roster.

Access Roster from "Approved Rotations Within 3 Weeks" Table

Step 1:

On your Home Page within the Approved Rotations Within 3 Weeks table, click the "Yes" (checkmark icon) button.

Step 2:

Click the "Download PC Report (Excel)" button to generate and download the report.

NOTE: ACEMAPP will provide a Member History table on this page to display any changes to the rotation roster.

Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)
This table lets you quickly view approved rotations starting within the next three weeks from your homepage and check if the roster has been sent. The table also shows if members are assigned to the rotation and if they have met compliance. You can also quickly access the rotation information from this table by clicking on the **Edit** button.
