Setting Entity Edit Permission
Member Types:
Students and School Coordinators must work together to ensure that information in ACEMAPP matches what is used by the school and clinical site. A student has control of the General Information in their profile. In some cases, schools and clinical sites will also want to have the ability to edit this information. Students must grant permission to their respective entity if the entity wants to be able to update student's general information. 
Submitting Applications

ACEMAPP Applications are used to assist members with requesting a clinical rotation, connecting with an entity as an employee, and observing/shadowing opportunities. This is a feature and my not be present for the organization you are interested in.
Rotation Application List Export
Member Types:
Rotation Applications allows members to request directly with your site. This is an additional feature in ACEMAPP, please contact an ACEMAPP Team Member for assistance.

Your ACEMAPP ePortfolio
Member Types:
Your ACEMAPP ePortfolio acts as an online resume that can be made publicly visible to fellow ACEMAPP users, as well as colleagues and employers. Access and share information such as your education, work experience, clinical experience, and your accomplishments in one easy place.

Directory: Manage Entities

The Directory system allows you to create and manage entities specific to your organization. This includes adding general and requirements notes, managing contract dates, site visits, and sharing across multiple campuses.
Accessing Your ACEMAPP Transcript
Member Types:
Your ACEMAPP transcript is a great way to review and export the information stored in ACEMAPP. Your ACEMAPP transcript includes your general profile information, requirements & assessments history, your rotation history, and more.

Employee Designation: How to Request Employee Status
Member Types:
Some ACEMAPP Clinical Sites allow you to connect directly as an employee. Applying to affiliate directly with the Clinical Site allows them to manage your ACEMAPP account and manage any Requirements or Learning Materials you may have already completed outside of ACEMAPP.
Student Dashboard
Member Types:
The Central Dashboard connects you to other aspects of ACEMAPP and provides a single central hub to connect to your member account(s).
Professional Dashboard
Member Types:
In ACEMAPP you will have access to a variety of tools that connected you with employers. Check-In with your ACEMAPP account on a regular basis to know when you have matched with an employer.
Help Desk and Training Info
Member Types:
ACEMAPP offers training in multiple ways: Webinars are offered to provide live training on specific topics, the Help Desk offers step-by-step guides on how to use the system, and our Video Library offers training videos for various topics and features. Direct training and assistance can also be provided by contacting ACEMAPP Customer Support at 844-223-4292, by emailing support@acemapp.org, or by creating a support ticket within your account through the Contact Us page.
Replicating Rotations
Member Types:
The Replicate Rotations tool allows you to re-request rotations previously created in ACEMAPP. When replicating rotations, you will have the opportunity to change the details of the rotation and add new rotations based on your current needs.
Opt-Out Email Messages
Member Types:
While constantly getting email notifications can be annoying we have an Opt-Out feature that turns off these notifications so you do not not need to mark ACEMAPP email as Spam.  Once an email is tagged as Spam it is always considered as Spam/Junk and any email sent will not reach your inbox.
Completing Your Profile

Profile Completion affects compliance. Review to understand what is necessary in each section to show completion.
View Faculty Postings (faculty)

ACEMAPP Careers allows faculty to search for and match with faculty postings.

Ohio Consortium Schedule and Clinical Site Members
Member Types:
Rotation upload schedules vary by region. The Ohio Consortium Schedule is a specific bulk upload schedule to that region. Please reference the Ohio Consortium Clinical Site Members to confirm you are following the correct schedule for each clinical site.
File Manager
Member Types:
The file manager allows you to upload documents stored securely in ACEMAPP to access anytime. Any documents you upload to the file manager will only be accessible to you unless shared. This includes requirements, profile pictures, support ticket attachments, etc.
