Forgot Password

After your email address with ACEMAPP is verified, you will receive an email containing a link to set your password. The "Forgot Password" option at login allows you to set a new password or reset an old one if needed.

Step 1:

Go to acemapp.org and click on the "Login" button in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 2:

Click on the "Forgot Password" button and enter the email associated with your ACEMAPP account. This is the email you used to verify with ACEMAPP.

NOTE: Please avoid using autofill and ensure no spaces are entered before or after your email.

If you are using the email you verified and are receiving an error, confirm if you have multiple email addresses that go to the same email. Also, if your School Coordinator created your account, you may contact them about the email used.

Click "Submit."

After you have completed the above steps, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you do not receive it within the hour, check your spam folder or contact ACEMAPP Support.
