Create Multiple Rotations content

Using bulk rotations, you may create multiple rotations at one time when they share the same Partner, Experience Type, and Program.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click "View Rotations" to see your rotation table.

Step 2:

Click the "Create" button and select "Create Multiple" from the drop-down. (If you are included in a consortium, please be sure to check their bulk submission schedule.)

Step 3:

Select the Partner, Experience Type, and Program for your rotations, then click "Submit (Single Row)"

Step 4:

Complete all required fields. Required fields will have a light red background until you have filled in the information needed. While not all fields are required to submit a rotation request, you should fill out as much as you can.

If you have additional rotations with the same Clinical Site, Program, and Experience type, use the "Add Row" button to add another rotation to the list.

Step 5:

Click "Submit" once you have filled out all required fields to submit your request(s).

NOTE: Rotation information will take time to populate into Rotation Table. Rotation data will populate within 24 hrs on the Rotation table for new submissions. To view details of the rotation please use the "Edit" icon to view the request form in full.

While not required, we do suggest you click the "Generate CSV" button and download a backup of your work.

Once all rotations are listed click submit

Step 6:

The rotations are placed into a Bulk status and will then be set to Pending based on your region's agreed submission schedule. If you do not have a set schedule, contact our Customer Support Team at 844-223-4292 or email to have your rotations released into a Pending status.

As a coordinator, you can view all rotations associated with your organization and the program(s) which you are associated with. Note: You can only view rotations with programs you have a direct connection with in ACEMAPP.
