Requirement Ownership Report

Requirement Ownership Report

If your entity is utilizing the Requirement Ownership feature, this report gives you a quick view and access to those members which have not been checked by an authorized user.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click the "Reports" tab. image shows reporting tab from home screen

Step 2:

Click the "Requirement Ownership Report" tile. image shows Requirement ownership report

NOTE: If you do not see the Requirement Ownership Report, please contact an ACEMAPP Team Member. Requirement Ownership is a feature item and does require specific permission to access.

Step 3:

Select the appropriate view, "View by Affiliation," "View by Rotation," or "View by Course". image shows view selection

Step 4:

Select the appropriate member type, i.e., Student, Faculty, etc..

Click "Run Report". image shows member type selection

Step 5:

To view a member's Requirements, click on the "Requirements" icon, which will open the Manage Requirements page for that member. image shows the requirement icon

Step 6:

While on their Manage Requirements page, Under the Sign column, find the requirement(s) still needing to be locked and click the Box to lock that requirement. image shows sign column and box to click
