Rotation Schedule Report
Member Types:

Build and save a customized view of present or historical rotations.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click "Reporting" to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

Click the "Rotation Schedule Date" tile.

Step 3:

Fill in all optional fields:

  • Entities (select one or more entities)
  • Programs (select one or more)
  • Experience (select the rotation experience type (Cohort, Precepted, etc.)
  • Status (select the rotation status (Approved, Denied, Completed, etc.)
  • Days of the Week
  • Terms (if your organization uses school terms in ACEMAPP, you can narrow your results by selecting the appropriate term)
  • Start Date (Start of the range)
  • Start Date (End of the range)

Reports optional filters

Step 4:

Select what Output you would like to view (Table, Calendar, or Export).

Save This Query

You can save your selections to run later by entering a name for the saved query and clicking the "Save Query" button.

Step 5:

When ready, click the "Search" button to run the report with the selected filter options.

Running Saved Query

If you have a query saved, it will be available on the right of the screen.

Step 1:

Click the button on the Saved Queries.

This will load the options saved.

Step 2:

When ready, click the "Search" button to run the report with the selected filter options.
