The Onboarding Progress Report allows you to track the completion status of members (e.g., students, faculty) assigned to approved and pending rotations. It highlights missing requirements and indicates whether a rotation roster has been sent.
Accessing the Onboarding Progress Report
Step 1: Open the Reporting Dashboard
From your Home Screen, click "Reporting" in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Report
In the Reporting Dashboard, click the “Onboarding Progress” tile.

Step 3: Set Report Criteria
- Select one or more User Types (e.g., Students, Faculty).
- Choose the Program for which you want to view onboarding status.
Use additional filters (Optional) to narrow results by:
- Rotation ID
- Experience (Rotation Type)
- Unit
- Partner
- Rotation Start/End Dates
- Rotation Status
- Roster Status
- Show Mid-Rotation Expiration Dates:
- Set to "Yes" to highlight members whose items expire during a rotation.

Step 4: Submit the Report
Click “Submit” to run the report and generate results.

Reviewing the Report Results
Once generated, the report displays one panel per rotation showing:
Color Indicators
- Dark Blue: All members are compliant, and the roster has been sent.
- Red – "Needs Attention": At least one member is non-compliant. Roster not sent.
- Red – "Needs Attention – Check Expiring": A member's requirement is set to expire during the rotation.
NOTE: This only appears if Show Mid-Rotation Expiration Dates is enabled.
Available Actions Per Rotation
From each rotation panel, you can:
- View Members: View compliance status and missing items for assigned members.
- Generate CSV: Download a list of all assigned members.
- Export Selected to CSV: Download only selected members (checkbox required).
- Email Selected: Send emails to selected members directly from the report.

- Members with expiring requirements
- A "Roster not sent" label
- A "View Members" drop-down arrow to expand details.

Checking Mid-Rotation Expirations
NOTE: To flag items that will expire during a rotation, you must set the "Show Mid-Rotation Expiration Dates" toggle to "Yes" before running the report.
