Directory Entities and Members Export

The Entity or Member data in Directory can easily be exported to a .csv file.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Directory Entity or Member Entity table.

Step 2:

Click "Export".

Step 3:

Select the "Entity" (All, Schools, or Clinical Sites) and select the "Connection Status" (All, Active, or Deleted). Then select Generate CSV.

Select the "Member Type" (All, Clinical Faculty, or Preceptor) and then select the "Connection Status"(All, Active, or Deleted).

Step 4:

Click Generate "CSV".

The screen will then show a Generated CSV(s) section, stating the Generation Time, the Entity or Member Type selection, and Connection Status. Click the "Download CSV" to save the file.

Download CSV NOTE: Running the report without exiting the screen will display multiple Generated CSVs for you. Your summary results list does not save.

Entites and Members Last Used Report

When using the Directory feature, the Last Used Report will report the last time Entities or Members in the Directory have been utilized.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Directory Entity or Member Entity table.

Step 2:

Click the "Last Used Report" button to open the report.
