Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)

View approved rotations quickly from your homepage and see if the members are compliant for upcoming rotations.

On your home screen, you see the following table in the middle of your screen (see School and Clinical View below). Here, you view the rotation ID number, the specific Clinical Site or School, the start date, how many students have assigned to the rotation, the unit for the rotation, and if the roster is sent to the partner entity.

To see more details, click the "Edit" (pencil) icon to open up the Manage Rotation screen.
You may also select the button found in the Assigned Members column to the members attached to the rotation.

  • You can click on the member type while in the pop-up to be taken to the member table for further actions.

Clicking the button found in the Roster Sent column opens the rotation profile completion report for further actions.

Step 1:

Review the table to see if the Roster is sent. If the roster has been sent, then you are all set for that rotation. If the roster has not been sent, you may look further to see what should be completed by the student (continue to next step).

Step 2:

To view the student and what they still need to complete, you can click on the number under the Assigned Students column, taking you to your Students by Rotation table, where you can view the specific items that are incomplete for the student(s). You may also email the student(s) from here.

FAQ:

What if I need to add a comment to the rotation?

You may select the pencil icon from this table to view further details about the rotation and add a comment there.

Why has the roster not been sent?

The roster is sent once all students and faculty assigned to the rotation are compliant. If the roster has not been sent, you may check your students to see what is incomplete by going to the Students by Rotation table.

Managing Members
ACEMAPP allows administrators and coordinators to manage members by affiliation or rotation. The available member options will populate under the "Affiliation" and "Rotation" columns, allowing you to select how you would like to view them. Selecting the member type under "Affiliation" will indicate Pre-compliance. Selecting the member type under "Rotation" will organize your members by rotation status and indicate both Pre- and Post-compliance as well as show member statuses.
