ACEMAPP allows you to track non-rotation items such as Events. Whether school-led or sponsored, the Event system will enable you to sign up for events such as extracurricular group meetings, meet-ups, or conferences.

NOTE: Your school needs to enable this feature for you to sign up for any Events through ACEMAPP.


Step 1:

From your Home Page, click on the "Events" tab in your navigation bar.

NOTE: If you do not see the "Events" tab on your navigation bar, click the "More" tab and then select "Events" from the drop-down.

Step 2:

To sign up for an event, click on "Browse Open" to see what Events are open.

Step 3:

To view the event's details, click on the "View" (eye icon) button in the Actions column.

Step 4:

You can choose to Register by clicking the "Register for Event" button.

Step 5:

If the waitlist is enabled, your registration is pending, awaiting either a facilitator's approval or an open registration slot to open up if they set a limit of attendees.

To join the Waitlist for an event, click on the "Join Waitlist" button under the Actionscolumn.

You can also Join the Waitlist when viewing the event.

Step 6:

To leave an Event, click on the red "Leave Event" icon under the Actions column.

Step 7:

To Pay for an Event, click the "View" (eye icon) button to open the Event Details.

Step 8:

Click on the green "Pay Here" button.

NOTE: ACEMAPP does not handle payments.
