Accessing Your Transcript

Your transcript is a great way to review and/or export the personal information that you store in ACEMAPP such as assessment history, rotation history, rotation requirements, and general information.

Step 1:

From your dashboard, click on the "Transcript" button at the top of the page. You will be directed to a page listing your personal information and documents.


Once you click the "Transcript" button, you will see your general information, assessments, requirements, and rotation history.

Step 2:


Click on the "Documents History" button at the top of the page to view all of the requirement documents you have uploaded.


Or Click on the "Generate Printable Transcript" button to create a downloadable summary of your information.


After a moment, the button will turn green and you may click the "Download Printable Transcript" button to export a PDF document for your records.
 

Once you click on the "Download Printable Transcript" button, your information will open as a PDF and you can save it by right clicking on the image and saving it to your computer.
