ACEMAPP interfaces with Complio to simplify the compliance process for you. Complio (by American Databank) is used for background checks, drug screening, and clinical requirement verification. You will see their logo on your student home screen under Vendors.

From your home screen, click on the Complio logo under "Vendors" to open their website in a new screen/tab.
A splash screen will open, click the green "Go to American Data Bank /Complio" button.
If your email address is not found in Complio’s system, you will be presented with a screen to "Create an account".
Fill out all required information to create your account in Complio.
If Complio recognizes your email address in their system, you will be taken to a page where you may link your account.
Click on the “I am ‘first name last name’ from ‘School Name’.” and then click “Proceed”.
Log in and verify all transferred information is correct.
Depending on where you are at in the Complio process, you may need to place an order for immunization and document tracking subscription. If you have a current immunization and document tracking subscription in Complio, you are ready to provide documentation of your immunizations and other compliance requirements.
In ACEMAPP, your profile’s Rotation Requirements will show green checks for each component that is completed through Complio.
Depending on where you are at in the Complio process, you may need to place an order for immunization and document tracking subscription.
If you have a current immunization and document tracking subscription in Complio, you are ready to provide documentation of your immunizations and other compliance requirements.

You may have a different email address in Complio (than what is entered in ACEMAPP). Please update ACEMAPP to include your email address within Complio and retry the interface.
Please contact Complio support at 1-800-200-0853 or send an email to support@americandatabank.com to request the removal of the incorrect account. Once this is complete, retry the interface with the correct account.
Data transfer can take up to 24 hours. Please contact ACEMAPP support after allowing the minimum 24 hours (for data transfer) at 1-844-223-4292.
