Set Up Your New ACEMAPP Account

Welcome to your ACEMAPP account. If you're just getting started with your account, here are a few things you'll need to do:

Step 1:

Go to and log in with your Email Address and Password. image shows login page with email address and password area

If you have not yet set up a password, or have forgotten it, click here. show the forgot password option

When you log in for the first time you will be asked to agree to ACEMAPP Terms of Use. Image shows consent form

Step 2:

Complete each component of your Profile.
This information is shared with the sites you attend for rotations. Parking and security divisions require this data for name badges and parking permits. You will not be able to fully access your account until this is completed. image shows Profile Navigation table

NOTE: Your profile will show green checkmarks when all components are completed. You are now ready to be assigned to and request rotations.

Step 3:

Submit documentation of all Requirements.
ACEMAPP will display a list of required documentation you need to submit. Make sure your school has copies of all listed requirement documents, with the correct dates and statuses.

Step 4:

Complete all Learning Materials
Courses, assessments, forms, and requirements may be assigned to you prior to the start of your clinical rotation. Your school requirements will be available immediately, and ACEMAPP will notify you via email if any additional hospital requirements have been assigned. Image shows Learning Materials table

Forgot Password
When being invited to ACEMAPP, you will receive a welcome email containing a link allowing you to set your password. If you did not receive an email, or already are an ACEMAPP member, you can easily reset your password.
