Faculty Document Access
Member Types:
Faculty document access allows faculty members assigned to a rotation to manage requirement documents associated with that rotation. Schools may contact ACEMAPP Customer Support to enable the faculty document manager feature.

Faculty User Guide

ACEMAPP is online document management, learning, and certification system. Your responsibility is to stay up to date with your ACEMAPP account, including checking your inbox for reminders and alerts.
Create New Member Account
Member Types:
Create new member accounts for Students, Clinical Faculty, Preceptors, and Observers using the "Add One" feature.
Rotation Rosters
Member Types:
Rotation rosters track which members (students, faculty, etc.) will be at each clinical site. The rotation roster gives the clinical site access to view the clinical rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data.

Member Types:
The Roster tracks members assigned to a rotation and gives the clinical site access to view the rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data.

The Rotation Roster will only send to a clinical site partner assigned to a rotation once the Rotation is in Approved status and all assigned members have met compliance.
View Your Assigned Rotation
Member Types:
In ACEMAPP, you can view all rotations you are assigned to by your school or clinical entity. These can vary by type depending on how your institution manages these rotations.
View Faculty Postings
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Careers allows faculty to search for and match with faculty postings. 
Faculty Time Log Review
Member Types:
When students submit their Time Logs, you can review them as one of your entities coordinators. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.  
Viewing Evaluation Results
Member Types:
If your organization allows faculty reporting on evaluations, follow the process here to view evaluation results.
Faculty Case Log Review
Member Types:
The Case Log feature allows students to enter their clinical experiences and track patient encounters. When students submit their Case Logs, you can review them as Faculty. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.
Broadcast Messaging
Member Types:
Broadcast messaging allows school and clinical users to communicate with members through ACEMAPP directly. After sending a broadcast message, users can view if and when recipients have opened the message.
Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
Assigning members to rotations is an important step toward creating rotations and allowing members to access their required documents and learning materials. The steps in this process also include how to remove a member from a rotation if needed.
Course Assignment
Member Types:
You may assign students and course admins to all required courses for their program at once. Their courses and requirements will not be visible until the course start date.
Receiving Rotation Roster
Member Types:
The Rotation Roster Set email includes a link to download the Profile Completion Report. You can also access the rosters that have been sent from the Rotation table or your "Approved Rotations Within 3 Weeks" table on your home page
Learning Materials for Students & Faculty
Member Types:
Your school and/or clinical site requires you to complete courses and assessments prior to the start of your rotation.
View Partner Requirements
Member Types:
The Partnership Requirement table allows school and clinical site users to view the items set up for their partnering organizations. In this area, you can view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for the partner organization in ACEMAPP.

An Entity is a School, Clinical Site, or Organization.
Approving Affiliations with Schools or Clinical Sites
Member Types:
As an ACEMAPP member, your affiliations represent who you work with the system and which organizations can access your information. When a school or clinical site requests an affiliation, you will be notified via email and see the "You Have a Pending Affiliation Request(s)" notification upon logging into ACEMAPP.
