Advanced Scheduling

ACEMAPP enables you to communicate the exact dates for a rotation, even when they are irregular. When your rotation’s schedule has these irregularities, you can use the advanced scheduling tool to indicate them.

NOTE: Once this feature has been turned on, it can not be turned off.

Step 1:

From your home screen, click "View Rotations".

Here is a list of all rotations for your organization. You can use the "pill button" tags to filter your results.

Step 2:

Click the "Edit" (pencil) icon to open the Edit Rotation screen. Rotation Table pointing to edit icon

Step 3:

Step 4:

When toggling Advanced Scheduling on, click "OK" on the confirmation box that pops up. Edit Rotation screen highlighting Advanced Scheduling toggle

Step 5:

Complete all the required fields for the rotation, then click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 6:

After you have clicked Save, there will be a new tab by your rotation number that says Schedule. Click "Schedule" to open the customize schedule screen.

Step 7:

You may edit the details of the rotation schedule here.

For example, if you know the student(s) will not attend a certain day during the rotation, you can remove that day. If you need to adjust the time for a particular day or add a new day, you can do so here.

Click "Save" after you have made your adjustments to the schedule.
