Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)
Member Types:
This table lets you quickly view approved rotations starting within the next three weeks from your homepage and check if the roster has been sent. The table also shows if members are assigned to the rotation and if they have met compliance. You can also quickly access the rotation information from this table by clicking on the **Edit** button.

Rotation Conflict Checker

The Conflict Checker can be used to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts with other rotations. The Conflict Checker will search for any conflicts based on the following fields: Unit, Start/End Date, Days of the Week, and Shift Start/End.
Managing Membership Status

Using the bulk manage feature is easy to change a student member's status in ACEMAPP between Active, Graduated, and On Hold.

My Calendar
Member Types:
The ACEMAPP My Calendar is a valuable tool that allows you a broad view of important dates, such as expiring requirements, events you signed up for, and rotations you are assigned to.
On Site Report
Member Types:
View members on-site for rotations at/from partnering organizations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as course, unit, or partner, to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results to a CSV format.
On-Boarding Progress Report
Member Types:
The On-Boarding Progress report allows you to view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) who have missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.

The Member Assignment Report lists members and shows current rotations they are assigned to.
Rotation Comments
Member Types:
Commenting on rotations is a great way to communicate with your school or clinical site partners regarding a particular rotation. Each comment left on a rotation will trigger an automatic email notification to other coordinators who share the same program.
