Create New or Invite Existing Faculty Accounts to a New School or Program

If faculty already has an ACEMAPP account, you may invite them to connect with your school and program.

Note: Make sure you have the Faculty's email address that is already associated with ACEMAPP.

If creating a new faculty ACEMAPP account, you may invite them to create their account and connect with your school and program.

Note: Make sure you have the Faculty's email address and program you wish to make a connection to in ACEMAPP.

Step 1:

From your dashboard, click Members and select Faculty by Affiliation from the drop-down. image screenshot Highlighting Members, faculty by affiliation

Step 2:

Click Create, then click on Invitations to begin. image screenshot highlighting Create Invitations menu items

Step 3:

Click Create new invitation to proceed. image screenshot Create new invitation button

Step 4:

Enter all required information, including First Name, Last Name, Program, and Email Address, select a Status (Active/Deleted). If your organization uses the Employee feature in ACEMAPP, make sure to toggle the Employee? to YES. Once all information completed, click Save.

Not in ACEMAPP: If this for a New member who does not yet have an ACEMAPP account, an email will be sent to them asking them to confirm their account, and then another email will be sent asking them to create their account. Once the accounts created, you will receive notice of a Pending Affiliation Request. You must accept the request for affiliation.
Is in ACEMAPP: If the member you are inviting already has an ACEMAPP account, and an invitation to affiliate with your school/program will be sent to them to approve. Once they accept the request to affiliate as with your location, you will be able to see them in your member roster.
