Bulk (Broadcast) Messaging

You have the ability to broadcast message your students and/or faculty directly from ACEMAPP.

Step 1:

Select the Members tab, then under the Affiliation column, select either Students or Faculty depending on who you would like to send a message to.  Note: If you would like to send a message to all students/faculty assigned to a rotation, then you can go to your Students/Faculty by Rotation table and enter in the specific rotation ID number in the search bar.

Step 2:

Click the checkboxes next to the names of the individuals you would like to send the message to.
 

Step 3:

After you have made your selections, click on Select and then Email Selected.

Step 4:

Fill out the email fields and click Save.
 

Step 5:

If you would like, you can add an attachment. Next, select Save & Continue.
 

Step 6:

Next, the system will run a spam check. Click Continue

Step 7:

Review your list of recipients and remove anyone by clicking their checkbox and clicking “Save & Stay on this Page”.  To add recipients, navigate back to your Student or Faculty table, check the individual’s boxes and click “Email Selected”, they will be added to this list.
Once you have your list completed, click Save & Continue

Step 8:

Once you have reviewed your list and your message and are happy with the details shown here, click Send Broadcast Message.

Note: After your message has been sent, you can go to your Broadcast Messaging area and review who has opened the message and when they have opened it (see related articles for more instructions on this process).
