For increased security, ACEMAPP allows you to enable Google 2-Factor Verification. Following this process, you must enter your ACEMAPP password and a unique code from your mobile phone (using the Google Authenticator mobile app) each time you log in. This extra layer of security will protect your account with your password and phone.
To enable 2-factor Verification, download and install the "Google Authenticator" app (available for Android, iPhone, and iPad).
To access the Google 2-Factor Authorization feature, click on your name in the upper-right-hand corner of ACEMAPP and select the "Profile" tab in the drop-down menu.
In the Navigation menu, select "Google 2-Factor Auth" under the - System - section of the navigation menu.
NOTE: All three security questions in the "Security Questions" tab must be completed before Google 2-Factor Authentication can be enabled. The "Security Questions" tab is located directly above the "Google 2-Factor Auth" tab under the - System - section of the navigation menu.
NOTE: Resetting your password (via the forgot-password feature) will NOT clear and reset your 2-Factor Authentication settings. You will need to re-enable 2-Factor Authentication to reactivate this feature. This will not remove the old 2-Factor code from your device.
The Profile allows you to enter and edit personal information in ACEMAPP.
