Help Desk and Training Info
ACEMAPP provides multiple different resources for users. These include quick guides and user manuals, knowledge base articles with screenshots and step-by-step instructions, online webinar demonstrations, a video library, and the ACEMAPP Customer Support team.
Help Desk Resources:
- Basic User Guides can be found in the Help Desk (Contact ACEMAPP support for the guide which best fits your ACEMAPP use)
- Knowledge base with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Click on the Help Desk to access these articles.
- Video Library including videos to provide orientation training and guides users through various ACEMAPP processes.
- Training Page with various online webinar demonstrations.

Note: Registration is required for all training opportunities. Please follow the instructions provided at the top of the Training page. ACEMAPP uses Zoom for our webinars; you can find out more information about Zoom here.
Training Resources:
While logged into your account, the Training page can be accessed from any screen within ACEMAPP by clicking the "Training" link at the top of the page.

Note: Available training is dependent on your account type. For instance, as a student, you may not sign up for a coordinator webinar. You may request a training webinar by contacting us by email at support@acmapp.org, by phone at 844-233-4292, or by submitting a support ticket within your account.
The Training Screen: Registering for a Training
You can search for the type of training by:
- Selecting specific categories in the panel to the left.
- Look at the calendar for training by Month.
- Change calendar view to List and look for training on the list.
- Once you have found the training you would like to sign up for, click on the blue title in the calendar to open the infobox.

Review the information in the pop-up for the training selected. If this is the training you want to attend, click the green "Register" button.

Join a Webinar:
To Join the Training you are registered for, click the "Registered" button.

Click the blue "Join" button to open the webinar.

Cancel Your Webinar Registration:
To change the training you are registered for, click the "Registered" button at the top-left of the Training page.

Click on the red "X" to cancel your registration.
