With the launch of ACEMAPP Go, members can access key ACEMAPP information from their mobile devices. Whether you're checking rotation details, completing onboarding tasks, or staying connected with important announcements, ACEMAPP Go provides convenient access to the tools you use most.

To help you get started, we’ve answered some of the most common questions about the app, including who can use it, available features, login details, and how it works alongside the ACEMAPP web-based platform.


1. Who can use ACEMAPP Go?
ACEMAPP Go is available for the following member types:

  • Student
  • High School Student
  • Clinical Faculty
  • Classroom Faculty
  • Preceptor
  • Observer
  • Volunteer
  • Company Staff
  • Assure

Administrative users who manage clinical education programs should continue to use the ACEMAPP web-based platform for administrative functions.

2. Can administrators manage rotations in ACEMAPP Go?
No. Administrative functions remain available through the ACEMAPP web-based platform. Administrators should continue using the web-based platform to manage clinical education experiences and other administrative tasks.

3. What can members do in ACEMAPP Go?
Members can use ACEMAPP Go to access and complete important tasks related to their clinical education experience, including:

  • View and update profile information
  • Review onboarding requirements and their status
  • Upload required documents
  • Access learning materials
  • View clinical rotation information
  • View notifications and announcements


4. Can members view their clinical rotations?
If a member is assigned to a clinical rotation, they will be able to view the rotation details in ACEMAPP Go.


5. How do I log in?
Members can log in using the same email address and password they use for ACEMAPP on the web. A separate account is not required.

If you are signing in for the first time, you must first activate your ACEMAPP account and create your password through the ACEMAPP web-based platform before signing in to the mobile app.

Please note: Account activation, email verification, and 2FA setup must be completed through the ACEMAPP web-based platform.

6. What devices are supported?
ACEMAPP Go is available for supported iOS and Android devices. Users can download the app through their device’s app store.

7. What if I already use ACEMAPP on a desktop?
You can continue using the ACEMAPP web-based platform. ACEMAPP Go is designed to complement the web-based platform by providing mobile access to key features and information.

Some features and functions will still need to be completed using the ACEMAPP web-based platform.

8. Are all ACEMAPP features available in the app?
No. ACEMAPP Go provides access to features designed for specific member types. The ACEMAPP web-based platform will continue to provide the full platform experience, including administrative tools and management features.

Important for ACEMAPP Go users: Some actions must still be completed through the ACEMAPP web-based platform. For example, members must use the web-based platform to accept affiliation requests and connect with their school or organization.

9. Can I Receive Notifications in ACEMAPP Go?
ACEMAPP Go includes a notifications section where members can view important account activity and updates in the app.

ACEMAPP Go does not currently send push notifications to your device. To view notifications, members must open the app and access the notifications section.


10. Why don't I see all of my requirements?
Available requirements depend on your school, program, organization, and assigned rotations. If you believe a requirement is missing, contact your school or organization for assistance.


11. What resources are available to help me use the mobile app?
