Let's take a look at the different automated emails ACEMAPP sends and when your students can expect to receive them.

Getting Students Started

When you register a new student in ACEMAPP, they'll receive an account verification email to help them activate their account. Once they've verified their account, ACEMAPP sends a welcome email to help them get started.

If your student already has an ACEMAPP account, you can add an affiliation instead of creating a new account. They'll receive an affiliation approval email asking them to log in and approve their connection to your school.

Clinical Rotation Notifications

When you assign a student to a clinical rotation, ACEMAPP automatically sends a rotation assignment notification. This helps students stay informed about their placements.

Compliance Reminders

ACEMAPP also sends compliance reminder emails to students with missing or incomplete requirements. These reminders help students stay on top of their requirements and reduce the time you spend following up.
