ACEMAPP interfaces with several third-party vendors to simplify the compliance process by allowing you to link your ACEMAPP account directly to the associated vendor to satisfy compliance items. These items may include your Background Check, Drug Screen, BLS, and/or other Immunizations.

If your school or clinical site intergrates with a third-party vendor in ACEMAPP, that Vendor's logo will appear on your home screen in the "Vendor" panel on the left side of your home screen.

  • Click on the Vendor's logo.
  • Click on the "Take me to Vendor" button, to start the linking process.
  • Follow the vendors instructions or your schools/clinical sites instructions regarding setting up your vendor account.
NOTE: Your email address must match for BOTH accounts in order for them to be linked.
If you are unable to successful link your ACEMAPP account with the vendor, please contact our Help Desk: Start a Support Ticket.

Your school or clinical site may require that you take a series of courses and/or assessments to meet compliance.

Any module or assessment available for you to complete will have a red button next to it.

To take the assessment or view the module click the red "View Module" ( button), the "View SCORM" ( button), or the "Take Assessment" ( button).

Successful attempts will have a green (✔️) in the "Pre" or "Post" valid columns. Grey (➖) indicate that the requirement is not affecting compliance.

We do not recommend viewing modules on a screen smaller than a tablet.
NOTE: SCORM attempts are closed automatically after 72 hours.

A green "✔️" indicates that you have completed everything in ACEMAPP.

NOTE: Pending items are still considered "Incomplete" until they are Approved by the school or clinical site.
